Amitava Ghosh (Amit) has been a CEO with two and a half decades of well-rounded experience across diverse industries including IT/ITES, Infrastructure & Power, Media, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, FMCG, Automobile, EdTech, Training & Consulting, in India, South East Asia, Africa and Middle East. He has been fortunate to create multiple paradigms in various sectors supporting large teams across several geographies in SE Asia, Africa, Middle East and India.Some of his roles include : Managing Director of Aptech SE Asia (Technology and IT Training Company); Board Member & President of GEMS Skills Global, UK, part of GEMS Education (Global K12 School chain venture into Training, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship); COO of NIS Sparta (leading Consulting, training & coaching organization); Business Head of Reliance Infrastructure (leading Power & Infrastructure company) etc.Additionally, he was the Founding Head and the COO of Reliance HR Services Ltd., a sales and customer service outsourcing organization of the Reliance Group with a team of 30000 serving various BFSI, Infrastructure & Telecom clients inside and outside the Group.He also has vast exposure on strategy and operations with McKinsey, PWC, KPMG & EY helping various entities where he had worked.Last few years he has been Consulting with different entities in Strategy, Execution, Funding & Business Development as a Board Member, Advisor, Consultant in multifarious startups and established organizations in BFSI, BPO, IT, Education, Consulting & Skill Development.
