We focus on Business Strategy, Digital Transformation on both Enterprise and Consumer aspects, My primary focus is on delivering solutions on Digital Strategy & Planning, Enterprise and Consumer Digital Transformation, Process Automation, Process Improvement, and Business-IT alignment for Global Organizations across Industries as they undertake their Digital Transformation journeys. I lead a team of experienced Industry Leaders, Organization Agility professionals, Business Architects, Experience Designers, and Process Consultants across the Globe, who bring in a customer experience and large-scale automation focused approach to redefine, reimagine and reengineer the Client’s business processes. Our core differentiation lies in our ability to leverage our expertise in understanding Industries, a strong process discipline, practitioners that bring in Innovative thinking, CX orientation and our heritage of strong architecture and product engineering skills to drive large successful scaled digital transformation initiatives. I have stayed and worked in multiple cities across the World including Minneapolis and New Jersey in the USA, Hanover, and Hamburg in Germany, Basel in Switzerland, and Copenhagen in Denmark, and Mumbai, Kolkata, and Delhi-NCR in India.

Global Head – Consulting, Consumer Business and Commercial IndustriesDuring this period, I have contributed towards this growth and consolidation of the Consumer & Commercial Industry segments in several ways – a brief outline of the same is provided below -1. Created a Consulting team for Commercial and Consumer Business as P&Ls - including leadership layers, principals and ran sales and delivery for the same. The group's KRAs include Consulting revenue, Margins, and downstream Booking number2. Created a focused pre-sales and bid group capable of front-ending and responding to all the opportunities in the Retail and Consumer Goods verticals3. Created a set of solutions (IPs) and frameworks that have been incubated in the Consumer Services Lab as a co-innovation showcase for the organization4. Created a Business Marketing Group for the vertical to position the vertical in the Market place through participation in events, inside sales, collaterals, publications, Account Based Marketing, and in interaction with analysts and advisors in this space5. Created a domain flavor of the work for our horizontal offerings6. Led key opportunities and helped convert the same into long term contracts7. Managed a set of strategic clients with booking and billing targets 8. Played a key role in positioning the Consumer and Commercial Industry verticals through B-School partnerships, Media, and Analysts connects and publications9. Created a Business Development layer in the field to help position key propositions around e-Commerce & Multi-channel, Cloud and TCO optimization, Manufacturing and SCM, Lab Informatics, and Payments10. Led a set of Retail and Consumer Goods accounts in North America with Profit and Loss ownership for the Operating Unit. The organization spanned across USA (Client locations), offsite delivery centers in the US, near shore delivery centers in the Americas, and India delivery centers.

Managed large to mid-sized turnkey development projects across onsite and offshore. Managed projects for multiple clients across Europe and USA.

Technical designer and developer with Oracle technology stack for Clients across US, Europe and India. Branch technical mentor for Oracle projects. Pre-sales support for prospects in Europe, USA and India.

Part-time faculty for IT courses offered by a franchise of Uptron ACL, with an average class size of 20 students learning computer and programming skills.
