• Member of the company's strategic team• Definition and management of the production site's budget• Managing medical devices development – devices for production and for medical therapists• Design and management of the construction of a unique facility (2,600 sqm.) for human cells products- including clean rooms Class 7, WFI system, HVAC systems and other supporting systems • Managing of site engineering, validations, calibration and maintenance departments • Logistics system improvement- stock and supply reliability improvement using lean Model and Kanban methodology • Supply chain management including establishing and operating a distributing process of a sensitive cells product• Managing of 6 departments• Integration of ERP systems (Priority)

• Management of the site's budget• Upgrade of Production site to support increasing production demands• Management of knowledge transferring from R&D to production• Integration of ERP system (SAP)• Improvement of production processes in order to reduce defective products• Management of Engineering, calibration and site maintenance departments• Management of the worldwide Supply chain• Managing of 7 departments (about 100 employees)

• Management of both Israeli and U.S. Operations and service sites include repairing, upgrade and support for company customers.• Establishment of the engineering department.• Worldwide supply management- Purchasing, import\export, subcontractors and worldwide distribution.• Management of Operations activities: manufacturing, P&C, engineering, service and IT.
