Work with the distributor team (Owner as well as Manager / TL/ FOS) on stock placements and desired stock availability Managing Good relations with all retailers and extremely strong rapport with all KFO and OPC counters. For KFO and OPC in particular: ensure target achievement, regular visits, OEC deployment as needed & these OECs productivity, Sales growth. Identify weak team members & coordinating with training Department to upgrade skills/product knowledge Resolving Issues and Conflict management in Trade to smoothen the sales processes Demo / Fixture deployment as per planogram & co-ordinating with marketing team for regular maintenance. -
