Assigned to work together with the Vice President of IT to ensure IT was kept in lockstep with the business as the company grew from owning and operating 40 to 135 vessels, a headcount of 1300 to nearly 4000, and from occupying 3 offices (1 US and 2 international) to 10 globally. This responsibility was in addition to direct oversight of all Applications and Databases across the company.Key Achievements:• Participated in due diligence and post-acquisition integration teams in three separate acquisitions and designed business and technology integration plans.
