IBM MobileFirst Foundation helps enterprises develop customer-, employee-, and partner-facing mobile apps and connect them securely to the enterprise, while reducing time and cost of continuous app improvements.In this role I managed a global development and level-3 support team over 100 people with sites in Bangalore, Israel, and the US. I led an organizational transformation along several axes:1. Changing the delivery model from on-premises to cloud, with great focus on DevOps, support processes, and client acquisition monitoring2. Refocusing the development organization on direct contribution, including generation of high-value technical pre- and post-sales collateral, revolution of the documentation infrastructure, and optimization of the level-3 support processes3.
