• Contracted to Citi Regional Hardware Center Group that oversees Data Centers across Asia Pacific, specifically in Singapore, Hong Kong & China.
• Provided project management oversight on infrastructure projects such as HK Data Center Expansion, New Data Center Build, Migration of IT equipment, Structural upgrading works, Power migration, 2N Power restoration.
• Coordinated closely with platform technology teams and vendors on project planning and execution.
• Setup framework for monthly capacity and forecast reporting for regional data centers.
• Engaged on weekly calls with Global Data Center leadership to present status updates on regional APAC projects.
