Equipped with strong leadership and analytical skills in business development, sales & marketing, team management, customer relationship, operations, HR and running P&L centers.After spending initial few years of my career in IT industry, I realized that I wanted to do much more. So, I ventured into the areas of stock trading and sales. Following which I joined Chrysalis as an assistant sales manager, I sprinted up that ladder from being the sales manager, to handling operations, to HR and literally managing the entire organization in a span of four years. My strengths of creating and standardizing the processes, empowering my team and making myself redundant in the process helped me to achieve all this in such a short period. Post which I focused entirely on strategic growth of Chrysalis.My love for playing with numbers, exploring new areas and incessant desire to learn new things landed me into the world of Business Intelligence. Identifying KPIs, measuring them and generating reports across all functionalities of an organization resulted in taking my strength with numbers to a new level. Joined The Daftar in 2018 with the vision of building a community of like-minded people by creating WOW experience through collaborative space and network. With The Daftar, apart from managing an organization, I forayed into fundraising and strategic expansion. I am consistently in look out for right people and organizations to partner with to take their ideas, venture and organization to the next level of growth.In my free time, I love to cook, read, bike, drive, play multiple sports, travel and explore new places. What thrills me is adrenaline pumping activities like Scuba Diving and Paragliding.
