Developed contract with Transporter for both inbound & outbound logistics. Process Improvement for Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: - Developed Canopy Type Vehicle Loading with vendors to reduced wet material customer complaint. Reduced complaint by 50 % in FY’19 during Monsoon.- Analysed dispatch delays and developed BIN System for quick material identification and vehicle loading. Reduced VIVO time by 50 % from 8 hours in FY’18 to 6 hours in FY’19. Network Optimization: - Developed linear programming model for network optimization and cost reduction.
