I was engaged with Accenture Services as a Senior Digital Analytics Consultant, working on SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics in implementation of projects and on Omniture Discover tool. I handled an array of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:Data Interpretation | Strategic Alignment | Solution Architecture | Project Management | Client/Stakeholder Liaison & Coordination | Team ManagementAs an Automation Expert, I performed interpretation of data for presentation to a diverse client base and conduct data validation and parameter implementations tracking for accurate internal data collection. I also analyse data patterns and develop strategic insights to provide clients with suitable recommendations. To improve ROI of the business I developed and recommended an effective digital marketing strategy, and interfaced with clients for business gathering. I also perform system analysis and finalize technical/functional specifications and high level design documents for the project.Additionally, I manage multiple projects, work out project requirements & monitor overall operations for ensuring timely completion. As a Senior Anlayst for Ogilvy and Mather, I spearheaded a team of 4 in finalizing various automation projects in VBA. I used Data Visualization tools like Tableau in combining the digital data using data repositories while working for a project. During my association I gained extensive knowledge of working with Tableau, SiteCatalyst and Excel.

Hyderabad

After eClerx I next started working for Franklin Templeton International Services (India) in the capacity of a Web Analyst in the Advisory Marketing Services Department, where I defined and tracked website key performance indicators for various marketing channels and campaigns. I utilized SiteCatalyst, Unica NetInsight and Google Analytics tools to source consumer behavior, attribute conversions, and evaluate performance.Additionally, I continuously reviewed site and program tags and conducted UAT (User Acceptance Test) to ensure reliability and accuracy in all online and web analytics data. To get the desired web data from the FT website, I created event mapping (implementation of tool). Furthermore, I utilized Tableau Software for Data Visualization project and designed the automated process for visualization of digital data.

I started my career working for eClerx Services as an Analyst, where I prepared daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly dashboards, working on more than 15 such dashboards. I was also assigned to work on a project from Dell. I utilized web traffic and web analytics tools to prepare reports and develop outcomes to support the analytics needs of each franchise.In addition, I suggested, developed and refined meaningful tracking metrics and dashboards and provided direction, insights, and coordination of the tagging and tracking parameter requirements for all websites.
