Project Experience:• Shell Eastern Singapore (Pte) Ltd (Shell)The intends of the project is to execute the Define/Execute phase of Engineering for SINGA Growth Project, consisting of two plants namely Lube base oils production plant and renewable fuel production plant.Define/Execute phase Responsibilities (SRRP Unit):The Shell Renewable Refining Process converts vegetable oils and waste oils via Hydrogenation, Hydro-De-Oxygenation (HDO) and Hydro-isomerisation (HIS) to renewable diesel product (in diesel mode) or Biojet product (maximised) in combination with renewable diesel product (jet mode) from hydro-processed esters and fatty acids.➢ Worked as Process Engineer in ISBL (SRRP- Shell Renewable Refining Process Unit) and guide the of Process engineers’ team (from Singapore and GID Mumbai office) for ISBL unit to meet the client requirements.➢ Developed P&IDs and performed hydraulic calculations.➢ Prepared Cause and Effect diagram, control narrative.➢ Prepared process datasheets, equipment sizing and instrument summaries, surge study, RO Depressurization calc and PRV load calculations and sizing.➢ Updated Process flow diagram (PFD), Utility Flow Diagram (UFDs) and utility estimation calculations.➢ Participated in the HAZOP comment closure.➢ EDRS datasheets, Line List datasheet, Equipment List Datasheet preparation in AVEVA ENGINEERING.

Project Experience: Worked as Process Engineer for pharmaceutical division for Pfizer-3rd expansion project in Singapore.Responsibilities:➢ Taking the conceptual design through to implementation and handover. ➢ Progressing all elements of design in-line with the Design Checklist ➢ Preparation of PFDs, P&IDs, specifications, data sheets and functional descriptions. ➢ Pressure loss calculations, equipment sizing, utility, heat and mass balances. ➢ Process capacity calculations from customer Design basis.

Jacobs ECR was acquired by Worley Parsons in May 2019 and the Heritage Jacobs ECR group became part of the merger, which in Singapore is named as Worley Singapore. Since it was a merger, there was no change in my job responsibilities.Responsibilities:• Study of Client project documents (Design Specification) and attend Kick-Off Meetings to fully understand the Client requirements/expectations.• P&ID Development for both Construction and Demolition Scope.• Participated in the HAZOP and comment closure.• Surge analysis performed for the various Projects.• Site Visits & co-ordination with Operations for Tie-ins location.• Participation in 3D Model Reviews and Tag Closures.• Existing Instruments like Control valves, Flow Elements etc adequacy checks.• Prepared Cause and Effect diagram, complex loop narrative, process control philosophy.• Prepared process datasheets, equipment sizing and instrument summaries, RO Depressurization, PRV load calculations and sizing.• Utility Flow Diagram (UFDs) and utility estimation calculations• Process Loops Hydraulic calculations.• Applying STD like API, NFPA 68, MSD STD, EM- GP, GII and DP requirements in preparing project deliverables.• Review of Vendor Documents.• Attending Weekly review meeting with client and other Disciplines.• Weekly track the project progress and take appropriate actions to maintain the overall project schedule.

Experience in Process Design , Detail engineering and pre-commissioning experience. Experience of preparing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Mass Balances, Hydraulic calculations, Developing Process and Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs),control valve summary, Pump summary, line designation tables. knowledge of using different tools like Pro-II Simulation Software (Basics) and Intergraph SmartPlant P&ID & Smart Sketch.
