I am having varied and wide experience of monetization of copyrighted music, identifying new business for the industry through market research and overseeing sales growth for the organization. I was responsible for doing advocacy for the industry with the state govt and police department towards implementing the Copyright Act. Formulating new strategies for business growth, mentoring team members, and providing leadership and guidance to the team for business development was the added responsibility. I was responsible to provide technology solutions to retail and hospitality sectors in terms of building sonic identity for brands. I am required to do B2B marketing, build a network with key personnel of leading brands, handling customer relationships, identifying business in new sectors, doing sales pitches and giving business presentations to target clients, understanding customer needs, providing customized solutions to the clients, and client servicing to retain business for the company.I was associated with a new plantation project, and was responsible for development of domestic and export markets of agricultural produce. I have been able to partner with leading online F&V companies. Promoting organic F&V in the domestic market is one of my key roles. I am required to liaison with different govt departments towards development and promotion of export of F&V. Development of the export market and negotiations with importers of different countries is my crucial function. Have to look into the supply chain management for efficient and quick delivery of products.Making a new marketing strategy for the overall development of business is my present role.Presently, I am trying to develop a platform to promote indigenous food products - ready to eat or to be cooked which are either on the verge of extinction or having some historical origin not much known to end consumers
