-Formulating, implementing and monitoring of strategic initiatives in MSME portfolio of 18000 customers -Preparation of annual business plan managing a book of 25000 Cr+ and a team of 600 people, to achieve the annual P&L of 650 Crs.-Designing the annual on-role & off-role incentive policies in line with business goals. Launch of various R&R campaigns to increase sales & adoption.-Improve delivery efficiency through Process modifications and effective Policy development-Channel alignment with all other stakeholders (credit/technical/legal/operations etc.), to facilitate the easy flow of business.-Drive Digital Transformation Projects for MSME division -Exploring the new revenue lines (cross selling of Life insurance/General insurance/Credit Cards/ etc.) and setting up the viable processes and sharing arrangements to increase business penetration.-Maintaining a healthy portfolio and highlighting the concern areas as and when noticed.Achievements-Conceptualized and implemented a Customer Referral programme, and drove cross-sell campaigns on Home Finance & loan against property customers-Developed and launched MSME Insurance schemes in coordination with Kotak General Insurance and Kotak Life Insurance -Successful in building relationship with Govt. bodies like SIDBI & NABARD, which helped in refinancing the portfolio to the tune of 2500 Crs, an overall gain of 2% on the transfer pricing-Developed in co-ordination with Analytics team a WC Propensity scorecard for Bank customers-Development and implementation of New Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system-Successfully Implemented system upgrades in Net Banking modules in association with Digital banking team for customer delight
