Responsible for end to end Onboarding and Candidates query.

• Maintain the employees register (excel data) & follow-up on client for id creations & deactivation as well as the medical insurance and the timecards.• Help in creating the demands & follow-up for profiles, helping in scheduling the interviews.• Follow up with the clients for any official letters required for the Visa/Medical/Gate Pass/Emirate’s Id documentation.• Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing.• Working on monthly financial report & invoicing as well as LPO’s as and when required.• Help in drafting the Project Statement of Work (SOW trackers), which defines the purpose and scope of the project.• Prepare & maintain the Process/Cybersecurity SOPs as well as FAQs documents about company policies.• Create the agreement/joint ventures between the company contractors and the clients.• Work closely with Cybersecurity team and report monthly KPI (Key performance indicators) dashboards & decks for their council meeting.• Coordinate with process leads & working on multiple reports - weekly, monthly SLA report, Monthly review deck (presentation).• Prepare reports and presentations which includes grievance process for internal communications.• Respond to employees’ questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for).• Meeting clients and other stakeholders to report on project progress and tackle any blockers.• Tracking project budget and costing requirements.

• Continuous follow ups with the respective delivery managers for timely interviews, selections and overall, on-boarding process.• Focused on the KPI’s defined by the client and onboarding the candidates at least 25% of total which goes around more than 30+ candidates per month.• Having good understanding skills regarding the job descriptions and helping with the internal team to fulfil the demand.• Work Closely with client delivery manager to understand and fulfil requirements.• Proactively planning for fulfilment by closely monitoring demand & supply.• Crafting and sending emails with information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options.• Gather and process paperwork, like contracts and confidential agreements.• Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts and payroll.• Prepare & maintain the Process SOPs as well as FAQs documents about company policies.• Responsible for prepare & submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management for necessary action.• Maintaining digital employees register and important approval emails etc.• Good in presenting important presentation which includes pivot table and dashboards.• Helping candidates in making them understand the requirement of the process and the importance of the role.
