It Resource Manager
Current• Assigning available employees to projects in accordance with their skillsets, previous experience, and availability. • Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets. • Assisting with HR processes, such as payroll administration, compensation, and benefit plans, and staff training. • Capacity planning, i.e., making sure that a company’s resources have capacity to work on upcoming projects. • Monitoring and managing employees’ workload, utilization, and overtime hours. • Overcoming resource shortages by means of resource management techniques, reallocating resources, assigning more staff, etc.; informing senior management of any issues related to inability to meet clients’ needs due to resourcing. • Knowing all the current and upcoming projects run in an organization and business development activities and being able to plan resourcing accordingly. • Understanding the Market Situation and contacting to the vendors for the best requirement and the skillsets they are searching for. • Coordinating with the Bench Sales Team as well to solve their concerns in terms of placing the right consultant to the right requirements received from the Vendors and the Clients. • Creating the Placement Trackers and updating the correct information in the software so that the HR Team can send the onboarding paperwork's to the consultant on time. • Creating the google voice for the consultants to get them Marketed with the vendors and crack the deal in our Favor. • Forecasting the need for new employees for upcoming projects. • Meeting clients and other stakeholders to report on project progress and tackle any blockers.• Tracking project budget and costing requirements.
