 Managing Connectivity 24x7 for all Mondelez sites globally through our GNOC.  Proactive monitoring of Links or circuits (Utilization, Error and Reliability) and Network Devices i.e.: Routers, Switches, WLC, Wireless devices, Firewalls and Monitoring of SDWAN devices. Configuring network changes as per client request that achieve a high level of client satisfaction. Performing different activities like IOS upgradation of Switches, WAP configuration and implementation. Coordinating ISP like NTT Global, BT, CenturyLink, GTT, TATA, Alliant and Reliance for troubleshooting for Mondelez Customers. Co-ordination with Cisco and HP in case of any hardware failure (Switches and WAPs). Coordinating with ends users and ISP for live troubleshooting via Skype. Monitor all Network devices (Switches, Routers, SDWANs, Firewall, WLC, WAPS) and their configuration and Sites of Mondelez globally via Solar wind tool. Extracting different reports (utilization, bandwidth used, In and Out traffic of devices, Interfaces details) as per request. Tracking all tickets raised by Client or end users via Remedy and Service NOW ticketing tool.
