As a Barrister and proven senior legal professional, I have over nineteen years of experience in providing legal support and guidance to various business functions and stakeholders. I have diverse expertise in negotiating and drafting high value, multi jurisdictional contracts & transactions, investment documentation, due diligence, litigation, arbitration and various regulatory compliance across multiple industries. In my current role, I work with the senior management and the legal team to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Flipkart's e-commerce platform and its subsidiaries. I manage and advise on multiple charter of compliances, license and permits and handle complex and high-value transactions and disputes.
