I am working for US Mortgage Loss Mitigation Retail & Residential Loans and I am the part of Servicing & Underwriting.Where I have check and verify all relevant documents provided by the customer like Mortgage Assistance Application Form (MAA Form), 4506-C Form, Credit Reports (CBR), income proofs, Salary Slip (Paystub), Profit & Loss Statement (P&L), Self-Employment, Verification of Employment, Social Security (SSI) Income, Pension Income, Retirement Income, Veteran (VA) Income, Rental income, Living Expenses, Flood Insurance, Risk Insurance, Title Insurance Report, Property Valuation Reports, AVM & BPO, Assets of Liabilities, Citizenship and all other income documents for the respective loan programs.After checked the borrower loan documents we have to provide Forbearance & Modification as required for mortgage loans.My job role is basically to check and verify all loan documents and spot any errors in loan documents.I am working in Servicing and Underwriting in FHA, VA, FNMA, FHLMC, Portfolio Loans & Conventional Loan processing and need any research to find missing document. who require doing research to find the missing document. After thorough verification of the documents, the faulty ones have to be sorted out.
