• Responsible for the overall finance and accounts functions including audit and closure of annual and quarterly financial statements in conformity with the IND-AS, I-GAAP and applicable regulations• Corporate finance including funds and treasury management, raising debt (Project Loan, NCD, Working Capital) with the banks/ NBFC/ AIF at the competitive rates / refinancing existing debt with the focus to reduce overall ROI/ spread• Formulate long/ short term financial strategy for the expansion, increasing business efficiencies • Annual business plan with a focus on topline, market share and y-o-y EBIDTA margins growth • Automation/ integration of the MIS reporting, GST compliance tools with the accounting software• Review and finalise capex budget considering brand requirement, up-keeping of the hotels and ensure capex spending justify ROI • Monitoring of monthly operating results, key ratios & indicators like RGI, operating margins, flow through, Expense ratio, Gross Profit Margins and EBITDA to ensure swift decision making• Ensure statutory compliances with respect to Income Tax, GST etc. and managing other matters namely EPCG Scheme, Labour Cess, Property and Liability Insurances • Ensuring Compliance with the loan agreements including financial covenants, equity valuation, property valuation and credit ratings

Managing overall finance and accounting functions, corporate finance, stakeholder reporting, asset management, taxation, leading finance team including accounting/audits/taxation & fund management, debt raising/re-financing• Engage with the auditors to ensure timely audit and finalization of audited financial statements in conformity with the accounting and financial standards and applicable regulations• Review and analysis annual budget and business plan for all the properties with a focus on increasing profit margins and market share • Monthly review of the hotels’ performance (MIS) with the respective hotel management team to ensure timely monitoring of the performance and swift decision making • Review capex requirement with the hotel team considering brand requirement, upkeeping of the properties and ensure capex spending justify ROI • Reviewed company debt profile and liaison with various lenders to secure interest rate/ spread reduction with the focus to obtain funds at competitive rates; compliance with the loan agreement and stipulated covenants • Draw long term financial projections considering historical performance, future trends and growth rate; coordinate, deliberate and obtain equity valuation, property valuation and credit ratings of the company• Review of Internal controls and risk control matrix to ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting• Negotiate commercials for the leases; review and finalise lease and maintenance agreement with the client• Worked closely with the Secretarial and Legal team, manage taxation matters including assessment, tax audit, TP Study and tax returns • Managing various matters related to the EPCG Scheme, SEIS benefits, labour cess assessment, property and liability insurance
