Financial Reporting Associate
Current• Build strong technical knowledge in equity compensation to assist clients with complex problems. Deliver reports along with forecasts and flux analysis in a tight turnaround time.• Execute client procedures with meticulous attention to detail, draft client emails, and collaborate with team members to ensure there is seamless fulfillment of client expectations.• Design and implement data handling processes, aligning solutions with client compensation plans and US GAAP accounting standards, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Utilize SAS and SQL programming to build automated and high-quality financial solutions. Initiate testing to identify risks in projects and implement high-impact process improvements.• Proactively enhance operational efficiency by maintaining high-quality, updated CPDs and Issues Logs. • Actively participate in recruiting and training activities while effectively carrying out ad-hoc and Pay-versus-Performance projects.
