Key Responsibilities:Sample Preparation and Analysis:Prepare and process samples for analysis according to established procedures and protocols.Conduct routine and specialized analytical tests using various laboratory instruments and techniques like spectrophotometer, Alcolyzer Analyzing Systems(DMA 4500), Seam analyzer etc.Daily product tasting and product consistency tasting.Instrument Operation and Maintenance:Operate and maintain analytical instruments, including calibration, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance. And coordinate with third parties for external calibrations and services.Ensure instruments are functioning correctly and performing to specified standards.Data Management and Documentation:Record and interpret test results accurately and in a timely manner.Maintain detailed and organized documentation of test procedures, results, and any deviations.Quality Assurance and Compliance:Adhere to quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards, including ISO, GMP, and GLP guidelines.Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:Identify and resolve issues related to test procedures, instruments, or sample anomalies.Collaborate with team members and quality manager to implement corrective actions.Training and Development:Assist in training new team members on laboratory procedures and quality control protocols.Stay updated on new technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.Safety and Cleanliness:Follow laboratory safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace.

Quality Assuarance - Packaging Laboratary Carry out laboratory testing of materials , productive process, finished products andutilities as per plans and QFSMS and report accurate results. Carry out investigations, conduct experiment in case of product or process qualityissues or non- conformities. Maintain and calibrate on and off line analytical instruments such asspectophotometere, Alcolizer, PH meter, Haze meter, centrifuge, seam analyzer etc.To ensure accuracy of test results. Ensure that all documents and process related to the QA department are maintainedso as to comply with QFSMS requirements at all times. Ensure us that all information regarding quality on all related data bases or hardcopies is updated , so both accurate and informative data is available formanagement level decision making. Conduct daily taste testing sessions and report taste performance of in process,current previously packaged beer samples. Carry out analysis on customer or market complains at the desecration of themanagement. Liaise with external laboratories, suppliers and agencies regarding external analysis,instrumentation problems and or purchase of instruments and chemicals.
