We are having huge expansion plans in 2020. The Director Academics, Strategy & Operations (DASO) creates strategies and drive execution of business across the globe for Inker. In this strategic role as a DASO, I would have the opportunity to work dynamically within our fast growing business teams in a role that spans customer relationship management, day to day business operations, analytics & business intelligence, growth & expansion, strategic near & long term planning & team building & management.

Main Responsibilities:• Understanding synergies within the organization and increasing efficiency.• Design & Implement Closed Loop Marketing and Digital Execution strategy for the organization.• Responsible for creating a cloud platform for Sales & Marketing Analytics.Main Accomplishments:• Successfully planning, designing and launching an integrated sales analytical platform for the organization that focus on increasing Sales Force Performance and reducing operational resources.

• Implement and monitor the execution of the company’s commercial model to maximize the productivity of the commercial team at the Gulf Level. Sales Force Size: 200 Sales Reps with an annual turnover of USD 150 mln. • The scope of such strategy includes the following areas of discipline:1. Human Resource 2. Market Research ( External and Internal)3. Segmentation & Targeting Process4. Key Performance Indicators5. Customer Relationship Management Platforms6. Sales Incentive Program7. Strategic Sales Planning & Forecasting Modeling8. Multi-Channel Marketing.

• Manage all aspects of automation within the company including management of users linked to the LAN/ WAN. Perform Network administration of the company’s intranet speed across locations in Qatar / Oman / Bahrain / UAE / Kuwait.• Administration and Implementation of the Territory Management System and provide reports to higher management on frequent basis.• Administers security measures to restrict unauthorized use of data systems and databases, coordinate security investigations and executes preventive measures. Organizes off-site storage necessary for recovery processes, and oversees development of recovery procedures. Manage disaster recovery functions for information systems.• Trained all users how to use the computer and e-mail in a secure way and also devised training manuals for this purpose.• Established the IT SOPs and policies for the region.• Good hands on knowledge of managing and maintaining Avaya IP Telephony• Implemented the access control with time attendant with finger print for office and server room.

• Plan, develop and implement Database Project Management Plans.• Presenting Database Projects to customers and customizing.• Ensure information systems solutions satisfy the requirements of individual business functions and provide staff with an automated working environment and improved employee effectiveness and productivity.• Help desk support to end users in customer site.• IT asset maintenance and Inventory
