I am currently working as the team lead for Australian mortgage process. My job is to create an online application using the info provided by Australian mortgage brokers, calculate serviceability, understand the loan structure based on the Applicant's needs, and lodge the application to the lender and follow up the deal until the loan settles.

I was working as a quality officer in US Mortgage for underwriting. I used to assess the income, compliance and underwriting department. Was also training my fellow associates regarding the quality and compliance.
