ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-Ø  Experience in design of COPPER PIPES routing for Refrigerant circuit Assemblies.Ø  Design support for new product development of Hydraulic pipes of heat pumps.Ø  Work experience in GD&T as per ASME Y14.5M-1994. Ø  Good Knowledge in Wiring harness design of Electrical components.Ø  Experience in Creating and presenting a Technical report to communicate project status and results.Ø  Ability to research and solve design issues, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ø  Working experience in project management (Estimation, Checklist, Project guidelines)Ø  Design and development of sheet metal components and structural parts.Ø  Drafting and modeling support for Refrigerant circuit Assemblies and its parts.Ø  Working on ECR’s for newly developed components Performing tolerance stack ups and torque calculations and Center of gravity calculationsØ  Creating reports for the Component Design Overview (CDO) and Change Overview (CCO).Ø  Experience in creation of ECR, ECN (Engineering change Management) BOMs, Material, and Document in SAP MM Module and document required for ECR like USE file.Ø  Expertise in handling parts, release of parts, resolving issues and creation of new parts numbers in PLM Teamcenter (TC).
