• Coordinate with Frame Assembly and Engine Assembly team for Material short at line• Attend New Product/Model development meetings to identify new product demands, schedules, procurement needs, modification in existing models and Planning for a stock control and Planning• Handle Material planning/operation of store functions with best of 5s Applications• Responsible for conducting Training to new trainees and associates regarding Standard Operating Procedures, vital check points of similar looking parts and Safety points• Closely monitoring Problems of Invoice correction, Quantity mismatch, Line loss etc., responsible for documenting, reporting and presenting it to senior management every month• Responsible for Inventory control, logistics and management for new parts/Obsolete parts

• Responsible for coordinating with Global Suppliers Prototype parts to ensure on time delivery of parts to the warehouse and manage Supervising Inventory• Manage and Support Clients in activities of sending out RFQs, Price handling, Cost Analysis and New supplier identification• Manage Purchase Orders and take care of Ordering of Parts with various suppliers using Material Requirement Report and follow up on the same by Open Order summary to ensure on time delivery• Interact with production departments for gathering requisitions, raising purchase indents and negotiating with suppliers for favorable rates and terms• Ensure timely delivery to keep up with Start of Builds, make a list of Parts, anticipate issues and take corrective steps• Responsible for evaluating the supplier’s performance on a regular basis based on their delivery time and quality of materials supplied• Implement and monitor effective procurement schedules, by following up with vendors to supply materials on a day to day basis• Verify the invoice raised by suppliers and following up with accounts department for timely release of payments• Preparing Metrics data of team members and helping them improve• Bill of Material (BOM) creation for Special Order Groups
