• Tribe Test lead for APEA Region • Recruiting and planning the resources • Managing the Testers, Including UAT Testers from Operations. • Develop and document testing plans.• Develop and Implement testing scripts, policies, and procedures. • Identify, report, track and propose solution to defects. • Support in configuration changes in relevant application• Managing the System and Integration testing team for GPP application and PSP • Identifying the automation scope and managing automation• Involved in various stages of test life cycle from planning, requirement discussion, test plan development, test case preparation execution, and result reporting.• Identify training needs and train team members in job duties and company policies. • Validation/Testing in squad PSP services – FIG Mediation service.• Showcase /Demo presentation to stakeholders on each requirement.• Excellent knowledge in Functional and Non-functional testing.• Understanding Business requirements from various System requirement specification documents• Involved in Requirement gathering from stakeholders, Test execution and completing all artifacts related to the project. Involved in completion of all CRs and moved to production with Zero defect slippage.• Worked on requirement gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and developing Business requirement documents. • Participating and contributing to business requirement meetings with respective Product/Business stakeholders.
