I'm responsible for our landmark township housing project Haware Citi at Thane GB Road.Haware Citi is a 2 million sq.ft. revolutionary project for nano (affordable) housing in Mumbai city. Our company has been recognised internationally as the pioneer for nano housing in India & has been presented with numerous awards.This project gained attention for being sold out at launch itself in the middle of the Market recession, which is credited to the thoughtful design & pricing of affordable houses as per customer need.I'm committed to attaining excellence in my project with timely delivery of houses. In 2 years, we're making a project that typically takes 4-5 years in this market, while maintaining international quality standards.

I was Key Account Manager (Sales) for Haryana & Himachal Pradesh.Responsible for the working of entire sales & marketing team, I worked towards making my Market into one of the fastest growing in the country with focus on fundamentals like selling full range availability, increasing coverage of stores, growing capability of our people and maximising initiatives to outgrow competition.I ended my first year with many awards including the Best New Hire Award, an achievement I'm particularly proud of.
