A formal education in management, strategy, and communication in India and the UK not only made me embrace the theoretical nuances of the art and science of devising strategies for people, resources, brands and organisations but also to get them to act for greater effectiveness with desired outcomes in aligned timelines. Time has been one of my favourite muses; it has been one of my guiding pillars of fire as I learned and unlearned over time, working with organisations of repute across the world, experimenting with theory and practice, navigating through innovation lanes, new digital media and platforms, emerging technologies, management models, fads and practices, in varied business verticals, across leadership hierarchies. Be it market augmentation, brand acceleration or growth, one thing that makes a conspicuous difference is an eye for detail, passion for learning, acumen for innovation, insights derived, process adherence and belief in strategy — which I have consciously followed and respected.
