Key Responsibilities• Performed Installation, commissioning and maintaining of Huawei DWDM nodes such OSN 8800 T64, OSN 6800, and OSN 3800 OLA, Ericsson BTS, MW radios, NEC Packet MW radios(ipasolink 200, pasolink neo and Siemens) and BTS(Nokia Siemens Flexi, Siemens BTS).• Coordinated the 4G site rollout and establishing microwave radios for completing the rollout target• Maintained the network uptime as desired by the company for optical fibre switches, BTS, BSC, RNC and microwave radios• Managed the new site rollout project for 2G and 3G mobile platforms• Managed multiple vendor teams to achieve the company rollout targets• Checked the KPI parameters and ensure network performanceKey Achievements• Maintained 100% of uptime for 250 sites which was mapped to my custodianship for three month for which I received the special recognition award from the chairman.• Successfully completed 3G project rollout for Kannur cluster for the financial year 2012-2013 with 700 sites• Maintained the KPI parameters associated with network and ensure customer satisfaction
