Introduced point based Job Evaluation System which replaced the existing JE System. The Bank has adopted Job Evaluation concept from the very beginning and the previous system was based on subjective judgment and experience.

Develop and administer various human resources and organization development strategies, policies, procedures and development needs.Key achievements:1. Designed and implemented a new Performance Management System which is now running successfully for 3 years.The system introduced MBO even to the junior level staff and includes competencies assessment along with key performance indicators.2. Redesigned the entire recruitment selection process without additional investment in technology. The process/system has now been implemented by different recruitment outsourcing vendors.3. Successfully managed the first collective bargaining exercise with the staff union with a win-win situation and received a personal appreciation letter from the CEO.
