Handling end-to-end IT Infrastructure Projects for Start-up’s and SME companies

IT-PROCUREMENT:• Handling end-to-end Procurements activities like negotiations and finalizing with National Distributors or Resell Vendors for Personal Computing (PCS), Enterprises Computing Solutions (ECS) & Networking – Structure Cabling Solutions (SCS), Active (i.e. Switches, Router etc…), PAN INDIA. • SAP Transitions, Leasing PO & AR release: Periodical Fallow-up with the Vendor on delivery Status and Installations, Warranty etc…• Fallow up’s and Ensuring payment releases are done in time.• Handling all IT procurement requirements for New Projects and ongoing requests. • Having Update on all the approved IT hardware models (Laptop, Desktop, Servers, LTO’s, Printers, Blackberries, VOIP Equipments, UPS, Software’s etc…)• Handling Insurance on all the IT assets.LEASING MANAGEMENT:• Coordinating with the Leasing Company to receive the supplements / leasing contracts in time, and attaching the supportive documents.• Handling returns on the IT assets to the leasing company.ASSET / INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:• Allotting the required IT asset to the end user and ensuring to have an updated IT Asset Inventory PAN - India.• Handling request on repairs, replacements, etc…• AMC renewals, ensuring all the PM’s are done in time – UPS, Printers, VOIP and EPABX etc…• Handling IT Assets loss / recovery. And was able to track 10 IT assets which were missing! VENDOR MANAGEMENT:• Identifying new and reliable Vendor for all of our requirements (IT and Non - IT).• Negotiations and finalizing vendors for the end users requirements / New Projects.• Periodical Negotiations with the vendor of all the IT product requirements.• New Vendor a/c Creations in SAP Vendor Master.
