If you've ever watched Suits, you’ll find a bit of Mike Ross in my journey into law (minus the fake credentials!). I qualified as a solicitor by acing the SQE (the UK’s equivalent of the Bar) without going to law school. Much like Mike, my practice spans multiple areas: from contract disputes, drafting shareholder agreements, assessing cartel risks, to conducting advocacy for clients in both employment tribunals and employment appeal tribunal hearings.While I may not have photographic memory or a TV-worthy lifestyle, what I do have is a deep commitment to delivering high-quality legal work. Clients say they like the angles I discover to unlocking issues, and occasionally find themselves surprised to be told there is a legal path when they thought there wasn’t any.On a more formal note... I undertake work as a Contracts and Legal consultant predominantly in the areas of tech and outsourcing, contracts, dispute resolution, employment and public procurement.I am typically considered for engagement by: law firms - both large and small, consultant lawyers, tech businesses or those engaging tech giants, and occasionally business owners - on an hourly, daily or fixed price basis. My clients find it cost-effective to hire me with my cross-disciplinary skills across law, management, contracts, outsourcing and human behaviour.Before qualifying as a solicitor, I had a portfolio career as a Commercial consultant to leading organisations in the UK, and as an owner of a managed services and interim recruitment business.
