Amit has completed his masters in finance from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant(India) and a Certified Public Accountant (USA). He has also cleared the CFA Level 1 exam. Amit is currently working as a Manager in the transaction advisory services wing of Weaver and Tidwell LLP. He has previously worked for approx. an year with the transaction advisory services team of BDO USA LLP and for approx. 1.9 years with the Deal Advisory practice of KPMG India, where his primary assignments were performing buy/sell side due diligence, M&A market research, etc. He has also completed 3 years of his CA articleship from PwC India, in the Assurance department where he has handled statutory audits, forensic audits, group reporting etc. assignments.
