About Amit Kashyap

I bring over 25 years of finance and taxation experience acquired through working in professional accounting firms and the real estate industry. Started my career with Arthur Andersen in 1997 advising multinational corporations on business, tax and regulatory issues associated with Indian operations/ investments. Worked with Ernst & Young in India, Australia and the UK specialising in Australian International Tax, M&A advisory and UK Structured Finance tax advisory services. Subsequently moved to Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company where I have set up and headed the groups taxation function and the finance function for the Lusail project. Qatari Diar is the real estate arm of QIA - the sovereign wealth fund of the State of Qatar. It has over 40 real estate development projects across 22 countries in the Middle East, Asia, North Africa, Europe and Americas, with assets totaling approx $18bn.
