My track record speaks for itself, showcasing my ability to build and scale efficient organizations, drive transformative initiatives, and enable technology GCCs. In my role at MUFG, the largest bank in Japan and 7th largest globally by assets, I am developing and executing strategies to grow and mature MUFG's Global technology centers.At Natwest, I spearheaded the transformation of payment systems onto cloud-native, microservice-based, and API-driven architectures. This was achieved while implementing DevSecOps and Scaled Agile methodologies. My expertise in ISO20022 transformation and SWIFT payments is unparalleled, having developed and implemented solutions for both corporates (GE) and banks (Citi & Natwest).Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in setting up payments centers of excellence for global corporates and banks, domestic payment schemes, and cross-border SWIFT payments.
