Having with more than 2 decades of solid experience in the legal field and being the Fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (FCS) and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (MCSI) UK, I am passionate about delivering strategic and pragmatic solutions to complex legal and business challenges, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and enhancing corporate governance standards.My team has successfully led and managed multiple cross-border transactions, contracts, disputes, and projects, involving various jurisdictions and stakeholders.
