About Amit Khosla

I am an entrepreneur and Operations, Technology / supply Chain leader with 20 years of diversified experience in global operations, Technology development , supply chain, P/L management, strategic sourcing, S&OP Planning, network optimization and new product development. I have started multiple business units from scratch and managed their P/L of up-to 100M USD. I have played pivotal roles in three M&As ranging from $400M to $1.5B and successfully boot strapped two companies. I have good hands on experience of product development, operations and manufacturing in Asia, Americas and Europe and was instrumental in developing several product lines from ground zero to $200-300 million of revenue in 2-3 years. I am blessed to have a uniquely diverse career which took me from Marine Engineer to Nanotechnologist to R&D engineer and finally to Operational Executive . During this journey I have lived and worked in Austria , Hongkong , China , Mexico and Latin America for over 6 years and traveled to over 40 countries. This experience has helped me become a better thought leader and honed my management skills. I have lead teams of > 800 people that deliver innovative; at times disruptive changes, outperforms revenue targets & boost profits. I am leader that builds talent and structure, and makes tough decisions with data, principles and analytics to drive results and continuous improvements.
