Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines under stringent time constraints, while delivering excellent guest experiences and high staff retention. Passionate about building individuals into leaders and supporting a healthy work culture.Throughout my career, I have emphasized creating deep rooted relationships within the communities that I operated.
