Designed and handled 6-week budgeting module. Looked after grading system. Experimented in problem development (cases) with a novel methodology called ‘problem based learning'.

Joined Yes Bank as part of a special program called Y-PEP. Worked on multiple projects simultaneously, role was similar to that of an internal consultants as well as responsible for analytic for the team. In the main role handled 90+ reports including MIS, control reports and performance tracking reports. Designed 15 new reports. Additionally, got an opportunity to work on some good projects like analyzing the complaint handling system for the bank and improving it, resulting in YBL becoming the 3rd bank in the world to have ISO 10002 certification for complaint system, created form tracking system, conducted a skill-gap analysis and provided a training requirement for entire retail banking division. and many other projects around process improvements

Developed a multivariate model for Real estate sector. The project was a complete failure. There was a gap in requirement understanding and skills on excel. Learned these techniques later and have helped me since in various roles. A great learning experience nevertheless

Developed a linear programming model for optimizing any supply chain, based on time, cost and taxes resulting in lower cost solutions.

Joined the retail banking part of SBI. Later moved to credit analysis roles. Handled loans for mortgages, loans for small and micro businesses, personal loans, car loans and educational loans. Other roles included branch operations and management, Retail asset and liability product sales, managing customer relationship, and marketing of products.
