I have to look after whether client machine is getting regular updates and patches or not. If problem occurs need to push updates to client. Give new policy if and whenever required to block virus.Generating daily update reports and submitting it to client.Vendor Management:-------------------------------------------Act as a single point of contact for interacting with respective vendors and resolving the problems.Escalating problems to higher authority whenever the Vendor/Service Providers SLA’s are violated.Working for the Business growth of Company by giving best technical support to the client.
