Developed National level Child Development Organisation keeping Community as a focus for Development helped to achieve National Level recognition and well accepted in the state of Maharashtra. Actively involved in other states in Gujrat, Rajasthan, West Bengal and U.P. for Child Development and Vocational Training.Contributed for leadership as Chairperson of Child Welfare Committee, Govt. of Maharashtra, Pune (2005 to 2012). The District Administration and Child Development Sector recognized as best period of CWC, Pune. Recipient of National Child Welfare Award by SAMPARC in 1997.Knowledgeable person to guide applied aspect of Social Work and meeting young social work graduate to Train them. He attended various program, educational seminar, conference, in IIM Kolkata, Lucknow, Sirmaur, IIT Pawai, NPA Hyderabad, TISS Mumbai, National Institute of Rural Development Hyderabad, He has attend program in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia, and USA. More than 1200 orphan children rehabilitated from his orphanages, and are now well established in their life and profession. More than 10000 children are employed through Vocational Training program from SAMPARC ITI and VTC. 160 girls are married and more than 1000 tribal and poor girls of rural part passed 10th and 12th std. More than 6000 women are with him in small saving groups and cooperative Bank. 100 women got housing through him on under Jimmy Carter Works Project. His 5 projects near Lonavala are the outstanding example of Child Development, Skill Development, Education and rural development activities. He runs 3 schools for poor, rural students (up to 12th Std. At present 600 orphan children are looked after by him. His one of most interesting work was SAMPARC Heritage Walk. Which was started from 2016. every year in Heritage Walk 6000-7000 people from various corporate, near Pune-Mumbai participated to create awareness about care, restorations and protection of Bhaje, Karala, Bedase Caves and Lohagad, Visapur Forts. Also aim to enlist these caves and forts in UNESCO Heritage List. By Starting this program, the places has become very popular from tourist point of view and enhancing income for the local villagers. The Tribal Development in Mulshi Taluka aiming to change the life of more than 2000 Kathkari Tribal families. Education for their children, Livelihood activities and improving their mindset are the main programs. He is being appreciated by many corporate and received support from them.
