As a PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT – HEAD / Manager (PD-HEAD / Manager) Notice Period : One MONTH…Responsibilities: - Handling Full SAMPLE LINE (From CAM to CASTING to FINAL SAMPLE) for Full Sample Line as well as Production Line with reporting from all respective and concern dept.- Interacting with Production Team and Marketing Team, understanding their requirement, for production of sample as per their trends and requirement. Meeting their quality control and specification as per their norms. Production of sample and checking at every steps for the followation of client norms. - Making NEW SAMPLE LINE as per concern markets and reputed clients. (In U.S & UK as well as other countries in European Union) requirement with strong quality input in CAD & CAM where the product line starts.- Developing NEW Sample line with more emphasis on product enhancement and matching with the client requirement. and keeping the mass model production friendly- Checking of the details in “EMR software” updated by the D.E.O (data entry operator) , checking with the customer requirement.- Planning and Developing the Timeline for reaching the product deadline or as per the shipment required for the respective clients..- Creating product summary and reports on the status of the sample line.- Troubleshooting in every steps as per the needs and requirements to create the sample on the respective timeline.Software Knowledge :- Rhino 4.0 & 5.0, JewelCAD 5.1 And Knowledge on MATRIX 8.0- Microsoft Office 2003 & 2007 as well.- EMR Software. (for sample status on production floor).
