• Role involves Operations & Maintenance of 220/22kV LILO substation having facilities like Power Transformers with 220/22kV - 50/60 MVA ratings, Station Transformer with 22/.415kV - 500 KVA rating, Areva make SF6 Circuit Breakers, ABB make 220kV Control & Relay panels, Siemens make 22kV MV VCB Switchboards, Battery Charger unit for 220VDC, UPS of 10 KVA, DG set of 62.5KVA etc.• Maintenance & Testing of substation equipment's like - Power Transformer, SF6 Circuit Breaker, Potential Transformer (PT), Current Transformer (CT), Lightning Arrester (LA) and Isolator, 220kV Indoor and Outdoor Panels, 22kV VCB panels, Battery Charger, Control & Relay Panel etc. also trouble shooting of control wiring of related equipment's.• Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance & testing schedule at the beginning of each year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Operations team. Also planning, scheduling & performing the functions for monthly /quarterly /yearly preventive maintenance of substation equipment's as per schedule for increasing the effectiveness and to minimize network downtime. Also periodically reviews the programs to evaluate its efficiency and suitably makes changes to the schedule and procedures.• Preparing the reports on major problems and failures, suggests suitable corrective actions to minimize or prevent recurrence of the problem, Daily Maintenance report, arranging the routine works like manpower shift schedule, Issuing safety work permits for all electrical equipment's maintenance & for change over equipment's, daily condition monitoring, supervising all ongoing works at substation yard and line. • Maintain high level of PPE compliance & Safety in the area of operation, Housekeeping as per the agreed checklist at the place where maintenance work is carried out.

• Integration of new projects into refinery. TSR (Technical Service Request) & handling projects right from project initiation till project closing out.• Suggesting & defining necessity of project, preliminary preparation for budget, applications for funding and preparing other information necessary for management consideration of projects.• After finalizing project requirements, develop Scope of Work, Develop proposals, Estimate cost, Developing packages for different stages (Gate-2,Gate-3 etc.), FEED (Front End Engineering Design), Technical Bid Evaluation, Procurement of materials, Issue the review & final construction packages, Obtain approvals, Supervise construction, Assist commissioning & TSR close out.• Project approval & administration procedures, Planning & coordination with other refinery groups, vendors and contractors. Preparing, Evaluating & Administering Purchase Requisition, Contract Requisitions, change Orders, Management of Change (MOC), Installation contracts etc.• Assisting with resolution of engineering matters & providing technical guidance by carrying out investigation, evaluating solutions & writing recommendations by researching documentation organizing field tests & defining interpretation of codes & standards.• Conducting project review, kick-off meetings for evaluating project progress & monitoring project risks in satisfying project needs as well ensures project completion on time.• Also Generating the MIS, Progress report for the higher management. Organizing and monitoring the site activities of support staff, contractors & vendors during all project phases.• Executing Project by following and maintaining Company’s Work Procedures, standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements also maintain standards of safety; comply with Company’s Health, Safety and Environment Management System requirements.

• Co-ordination for design & preparation of drawings, discussions for engineering design / drawings with consultants, and getting the approval for lay-out drawings, GA drawings, Single Line Diagrams, loop Diagrams, Control and Protection Diagrams/ schematics, Electrical energy & load list, switch gear/ MCC room, Transformer rooms and design of Single Line Diagram for electrical systems with Overall responsibility of Electrical department and coordinating for execution at site also. • Cable sizing, Cable Scheduling, Cable Termination scheduling, Cable tray sizing, cable routes and layouts. HT/LT Cables laying (Over ground & Underground) and Terminations & Distribution of cables from panels to equipment’s.• Preparing the BOQ for electrical works with accurate estimates and quotes & preparation of Budget of CAPEX and OPEX Projects. Material Inventory planning Completing projects on time and to budget. • Techno-commercial evaluations of the offers. Finalizing specifications, as well as supplier selection & negotiation with suppliers for best pricing, Ordering and procurement, Inspect materials delivered to the site to ensure compliance & standard with the Construction Contract documents and the design intent, installation at the place and Commissioning of the materials.• Participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & Monitoring project risks. Also Generating the MIS, Progress report for the management & highlight any deviations / difficulties in satisfying project needs as well ensures project completion on time.• Periodic Inspection of Installation activities & material at site and ensuring that the same is carried out only as per approved drawings and technical specifications also ensure compliance with the Construction Contract documents and statutory requirements.

• Hands on experience in Projects, Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Foundry plant machinery which includes Induction Furnace, High Pressure Molding Line, Sand Plant, Belt conveyors, casting conveyors, painting shop, core shooter machines, Shot Blasting Machine, Dust collector system etc.• Handling experience of 132kV/22kV, 22kV/415V substation with HT & LT Switchboards (PCC, PMCC & MCC’s etc) & also having the knowledge of the PLC & SCADA systems.• Having experience in utility Projects & Maintenance like Pump House System, D.G. Set, Compressors, EOT Cranes, and Lighting of the plant. • Identifying energy saving opportunities, data logging & evaluation of saving potential, investment analysis, selection of energy efficient cost effective equipment, payback period calculation. Testing, analysis, report preparation and implementation to realize benefits of cost reduction.• Review & planning maintenance schedule. According to that performing the functions of breakdown / routine / preventive / predictive maintenance for reducing machinery downtime to minimum & increase the effectiveness and to minimize network downtime with maintaining & controlling the necessary Spares (Material Inventory). For this spares/ material requirements coordinating with vendor / supplier & to develop the same.• Analysis of breakdown with MTTR, MTTF, MTBF & also done Why Why Analysis on each and every Breakdown to minimize total down time of machines & also preparing the Maintenance MIS report also Preparation of TS-16949 documents includes OEE, History cards, Checklists etc. • Planning, management and controlling of Manpower & spare parts inventory.

• Installation, Commissioning, Fault finding & clearing of the SUB ARC, MIG, TIG, CIRCUMFRENTIAL Welding & Plasma cutting Machines.• Meeting with customer & discussion about the machine specification as per the job requirement of customer & follow up with them for the order.• Annual Maintenance of the machines & taking order of the spares. • Well versed with all Welding equipment & systems.
