CurrentFarm implements division(Project: - Round Baler)● Responsible for the benchmarking of competitor’s machine in design aspect.● Selection of materials & manufacturing process for parts as per is standards.● Prepared detailed drafting of respective parts.● Participation in discussion & review of machine with cross functional team for design improvement.(Vehicle design & Integration)● Designed mechanical components & subsystems i.e. Tractor’s platform and operation control parts & assembly using Siemens NX & Teamcenter, ensuring optimal functionality and manufacturability with technical & safety standards.● Creation & validation of 2D Drafting’s of respective 3d parts & assembly & release all specification in drawing as per organization standard practice● Selection of standard hardware parts from IS standards● Calculations for subsystems & tolerance stack-up analysis for dimensional variation in parts to achieve best fits in assembly.● Resolving the ORC & RCA issues effectively, which are raised in proto build and testing activity.(Engine System Integration & Design)● Design of parts related to Engine System Integration area i.e., Exhaust, Cooling & Intake systems & other peripheral accessories parts.● Packaging of Exhaust After Treatment systems, Radiator & Air Cleaner on Vehicle and Design of Pipes (Casting & Fabricated), Hoses and Mounting Brackets.● 3D modelling and 2D drafting of Engine Accessories components● Participate in DFM reviews with sourcing teams and DFA reviews with M.E teams. ● Worked on packaging of the Radiator assembly & air cleaner over CPCB4+ & CEV-4 engines● Close co-ordination with Lab testing, Field testing & CAE teams. Provide solutions for design ORCs raised during Proto Assembly, Lab testing, Field testing, Pilot batch assembly & after SOVP● Successfully designed CPCB4+ compliance diesel Gensets canopy & released allspecification of all models to the organization as per standard.
