Led Amazon Monthly Payments (Amazon’s 1P installment product) and overall installments CX for Amazon Devices and Services business.

• (2023-2024) Led product and data teams to build performance improvement tools for freight carriers/ trucking companies.• (2021-2022) Led product and data teams to build driver experience tools for truck drivers and redesign contract management process.

• Led product, program and data teams to enable a grocery offering that customers love. Owned the assortment strategy, in close-partnership with the science and engineering teams to build ML models, assortment planning and management tools, defined metrics and conducted multiple A/B tests to identify levers and improve end customer experience.• Led the retail delivery experience, CX strategy and benchmarking initiatives (R-NPS, C-NPS, etc.). Led and delivered on key initiatives which included defining and implementing Free Shipping Threshold (FST) of $35 and delivery fee structure, delivery quality improvement programs, geo-coverage expansion, optimal buying/ instock strategy for basket-builder/ essential items, etc.

• Built seller performance features and seller-controlled customer experience features of the seller fulfilled channels. Primarily worked on building the seller protection tools, improving effectiveness of the buyer protection program, designing the seller nudge platform to provide intelligent account management, etc.• Built the seller lead generation program to identify sellers with desired assortment to bring them on Amazon.in, Junglee.com and Checkout By Amazon services.• Established and led the email marketing operations team for Amazon’s seller facing services in India.• Instituted the product assortment and seller base benchmarking program.

• Implemented successful supply chain projects for Global CPG, CE, Semiconductor and Oil & gas majors across multiple locations in south-east Asia• Worked on areas like production planning and scheduling, inventory management, materials requirement planning, transportation management and database systems (Oracle)

• Led the tech and customer acquisition teams of this corporate image branding & web based product development venture• Led the venture to selection amongst India’s top 7 enterprises in the ‘Best Student Enterprise’ category at National Entrepreneurship Education Awards 2009 held at NITIE – Mumbai• Co-developed and presented the business plan which won 2nd place at Karnataka state-level business plan competition organized by the National Entrepreneurship Network
