As Finance-Officer in Charge, my duties include overseeing the department in the absence of a Finance Manager. I am to oversee Cash Management, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Payroll and Financial Reporting. My post directly reports to the General Manager, and has a dotted-line reporting to the Group Financial Controller, CFO, and Property Owners.

As an Income Auditor my duties are,To oversee revenue recognition of transactions from daily operations.Responsible for making sure that entries for daily transactions are audited and posted.Provide assistance to the finance manager in preparation of financial statements thru finalization and providing audited report of daily, monthly and weekly revenue report along with room statistics.Provides assistance in preparation of monthly tax remittance such as VAT thru submission of monthly sales/revenue.Assurance that the company is protected from losses by prevention of mis-classification, mis-posted and mis-recognized revenue.

Assistance in the preparation of manifest reports.Assistance in the preparation of reports in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Assistance in internal audit of the system used for account management.
