•Develop & manage transitions plan – assigning tasks,set milestones.•Contributing and ensuring that the high quality of transition service is delivered•Assisting in identifying the service improvements that could be made within the Service Transition to improve the quality of the service provided and/or the efficiency of the processes•Monitor stakeholder expectations. Take corrective action to address gaps. •Developing the training and communication materials for the roll-out of the Service Transition •Preparing the Service termination Plan with accordance to the Contract signed•Assign termination related activities to relevant work streams•Coordinating with the operations team on service termination•Monitor termination activity timelines, technology, and resource usage.
