I love to learn new fields and am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge and take on new challenges. This approach has resulted in a strong, diverse and interdisciplinary background of physics, chemistry, nanotechnology, business, management and also some medicine and biology. I have lead a variety of optical and electro-optical projects, including NLO, high power lasers, clean energy such as photovoltaic solar cells, super-capacitors and hydrogen based fuel cells and optical biosensing. This experience includes working in clean room facilities and equipment and mastering a variety of fabrication and characterization techniques on one hand and optical and electrical measurement setups on the other. Most of the work I have conducted was carried out in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments. Finding new ways to understand complex systems and to overcome challenges. I find it easy to flourish in these environments and find common ground and language with colleagues from different background. I find these work-spaces self-pollinating, encourage my creativity and offer endless opportunities for collaborations and new projects. I am highly interest in the business point of view. Not only looking inside to what can we do but look towards the markets and understand what does the market need and what do our customers require and how can we answer their needs in the optimized manner. I am always looking for interesting and innovated challenges in which I can combine my different skills and talents. I am not intimidated from the hard ones, they only motivate me to work harder and strive for success.
