I utilized various sourcing methods, including web search, references, and headhunting, while also coordinating with the Everest team to explain the requirements and conduct initial screenings.Additionally, I facilitated preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidates' competencies, such as job interest, technical skills, and qualifications, to align them with business requirements and roles. My involvement extended to coordinating interviews with technical panels and managers and diligently following up with applicants until their joining date.
