A self-motivated, results and achievement orientated individual, I take responsibility for achieving outcomes, meeting targets, mentoring/training staff, leading by example and devising ways to improve workplace systems and procedures such as service standards and team efficiency. I have been working with Wilson Security Pty. Ltd since 2008 under various managers and during this course of time i have gained knowledge and experience of different tasks in the security industry. My company and managers helped me to get trained in Access control, Mailroom, Gate House and CCTV Monitoring operations. I also gained knowledge of the operations of security Industry to develop my career further into the industry.
