Soapstone Fellowship under the aegis of Enable India was a platform for enabling societal change and celebrate the human spirit. The main goal through this Fellowship was to get a structured orientation to the disability livelihoods sector aided by pioneering frameworks, models and resources to scale and sustain my endeavour to reach out to the people, who need help in India.

* Visit and identify potential key customers for new business and Handling Key Accounts* Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling product demonstration.* Making initial presentation; explaining product and service deliveries and negotiate proposals* Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; monitoring competitive products and helping with customer feedback.* Establishes Partnerships/Alliances, Meeting Sales Goals, Customer Focus* Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales* Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends* Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.* RFQ, RFPs, Bidding , e-Tendering, Key Accounts Handling, Technical Support, Demonstrations, Technical Training.* Assist in coordination with Top Management for sales activities related to perspective customers and partners.* Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers and partners* Learn relevant solution sets, architectures and full product line specifications.*Set-up and operate equipment for customer demonstrations and evaluations.* Proactive Execution on established plans to prevent post sales issues that shorten timeto revenue.* Provide technical support via phone, email and meeting for company’s products: answertechnical inquiries, diagnose reported problems or configuration issues, recommendpossible solutions, follow issue through to resolution or escalate if no resolution can befound.
